About Our Company
Mack Maids Integrated Facilities Services
Our mission is to drive operational excellence through high-performance support you can trust. Based in Kennesaw, GA, we serve Metro Atlanta and Sumter, SC, supporting the region's most critical commercial and government facilities.
We have evolved. We now focus entirely on the demands of commercial, industrial and government facilities. As your integrated facilities partner, we bridge the gap between standard cleaning and complete building operations, with the accountability, specialized staffing and rapid response that large portfolios need.
High-Value Facility Support
What We Do
Core Facilities & Office Maintenance
Nightly janitorial and day porter programs for offices, banks and government buildings that keep workspaces sanitary, stocked and client-ready.
Specialized Floor Care & Restoration
Flooring is one of the most expensive assets in any facility. Our strip, wax and steam protocols protect high-visibility floors in showrooms, retail and fitness centers from wear.
Industrial & Post-Construction Cleanup
More than appearance: we remove hazardous particulate like silica dust and industrial grease that can interfere with machinery and worker health.
Sanitization & Deep Disinfection
Hospital-grade disinfectants and proper dwell times for spaces that serve children and the elderly, so pathogens are eliminated, not just moved around.
Apartment & Turnover Cleaning
Every day a unit sits empty is lost revenue. Our white-glove turnovers leave units move-in ready and justify premium rents from day one.
Day Porter Services
On-site porters who keep lobbies, restrooms and common areas clean and stocked throughout the business day.
